Construction Services
As a Large General & Specialty Contractor, USI’s Executive Leadership Team has completed construction projects on the scale of $50,000 to $88,000,000. USI partners with client-partners to clearly define objectives and deliverables as part of the proprietary Design Control methodology. Prior to construction, a Stage-Gate method is employed to clearly define the quality, cost, and time variables that dictate the success of a project.
